Aloha everyone! Have you ever been at a lost as to what to wear when you are traveling? You want to be comfortable, but yet you don’t want to look too much like a bum. I’ve come up with some outfit ideas that you can use as inspiration when you’re either traveling on a plane, bus, car, whatever.
With this outfit, I went for ultra comfort, but still being put together. I went for the “I workout… sometimes” look with this outfit. Ahaha. But, seriously, workout gear is the most comfortable clothes to wear… especially when you are traveling. I think wearing workout leggings rather than sweatpants or joggers are much more flattering. Also, if you’re not comfortable with your butt or bottom half, you can always throw over a fun hoodie or sweater for comfort. With this outfit, I also paired it with a shawl that could turn into a scarf. I love wearing scarfs while traveling because they can be used in various different ways. You can use it as a scarf, a blanket, a shawl… So versatile!
I personally really love this outfit. I think this outfit is perfect for someone who wants to be comfortable, but still casual and chic at the same time. I love the cool vibes that this outfit gives. With this outfit, you give off an effortless look, while still looking put together. The base of the outfit is really casual, but by adding trendy pieces like the long cardigan and the cheetah print loafers you can instantly make the outfit more put together and structured.
This outfit is for someone who has to either go to an important meeting once they get off the plane. Many people believe that you shouldn’t wear a dress while traveling becaus it is too uncomfortable or the outfit may get ruined. I think you can, but you have to find the right garment to wear. When choosing a dress to wear, you should look for a dress that is a stretchy material, a material that won’t wrinkle like neoprene, and a dress that is the right length. Also, when wearing a dress when you travel, I recommend wear biking shorts underneath for extra coverage and comfort. I’ve also paired this outfit with a cute pair of flats for comfort just in case you need to run to your gate at the airport.
I hope you found these outfit ideas helpful and inspirational! Happy travels!
